Apex Hilton Hotel

If you're after something like a guest house, this is a nice place. I used it for my visitors once, and they liked it.

The receptionists, cleaners, and security were fine, but the rest of the service was poor. When I tried to order food a few minutes before midnight, the cook, ‘Mercy’, asked why I wanted to eat so late. I had to go and wake her up. For a hotel that large, there should be enough well-mannered staff to provide proper service. The reception feels gloomy, and they should remove the carpet grass to fix that. Only four people to run a hotel? I don't think so. Would I recommend it? Yes, after I've recommended ten other hotels.

The staff are polite and work well together, and it's a customer-friendly environment. The place is easy to find.

Horrible visit. The beds were full of biting insects, the rooms were damp, and the air conditioning was set to 29 degrees. There was no room service, and calling reception was a nightmare. The outside bar had very few drink options, and pepper soup was the only good thing you could order. I don't ever want to repeat this visit.
