Everything else about your hotel is really perfect, and I love it. But some of your security staff are rude, abusive, and uncultured. I don't think they were properly screened or prepared before being employed.

I couldn't sleep before midnight because the bar downstairs played loud music all night. It felt like we were lying inside a club, with no thought for guests who had paid to relax. I stayed for three days, and the service didn't make the stay any better. Our food order came out wrong, then the correct meal was served cold. When we asked for it to be microwaved, it took over two hours and several reminders. We also had to keep reminding them to clean. If you care about comfort, rest, and decent service, this place isn't worth it.

It's set a little way off a quiet stretch of a busy street where everything is happening. I was only there to ask some questions, but seeing white people patronising a place tells me it's probably good, and the prices seem good too. I hope to actually stay here next time.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and well equipped, and the staff are friendly and cheerful. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The swimming pool is well maintained, and there's a good choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. They also have live music on weekends.
