The sheets were dirty, there was no water from the tap for bathing or flushing, and the generator ran out of diesel. We were without electricity for hours. Then they quoted a price higher than the one on their WhatsApp business profile. The worst hotel you could book.

Getting in and out was a hassle, and the TVs need repairs. They should sort out the electricity too. The rooms are decent; the food isn't great, but it's passable.

The place is nice, but communication from the staff needs work. I felt bullied by the receptionists, and the noise from some men drinking at the entrance made me feel unsafe.

There was no electricity for hours, and the kitchen smell was unbearable. The place smelled like rats, and the walls were all dirty. Definitely not worth it.

The food is really tasty, and it's very affordable. The setting is peaceful, and the staff seem properly trained.
