I used to really like this hotel. The rooms are nice, and the front desk staff are pleasant to talk to. But they've apparently hired a very unprofessional security company. The guards were rude and uncultured, with no training in how to interact with customers. I nearly lost my temper a couple of times, and sadly, I've decided my time staying here is over.

There are lots of mosquitoes throughout the place, including in the rooms, so the team needs to improve its fumigation. The food isn't that great, and they charge for basic things that seem perfectly normal, like microwaving outside food or stepping away from the dining area and coming back to your meal. The setting itself is nice, but the hotel staff need to improve how they operate.

A cosy, relaxing place with good drinks and good food. Football fans will like the very large projector screen for watching matches.

Getting into my room was frustrating, with a lot of back and forth before they finally replaced the sensor. Even with that issue, it's a very good place overall.

I rested really well and had a lovely stay. The restaurant food was delicious, and I liked the woody interior and entertainment systems. There was a bit of noise inside the wall in my room, though, from pipes running through it.
