Roston Hotels

Of the several hotels I’ve stayed at in Port Harcourt recently, ROSTON Hotels has given me the best experience so far. The food is top-notch, with a world-class, tasty and generous selection. They have a range of drinks, and their prices are the cheapest among hotels and guest houses in Port Harcourt. Staff in room service, the dining room and other support roles are very good and professional. The front desk officers are careful, helpful, cheerful and friendly, while the security guards are professional, respectful, dutiful and supportive of guests. I get the sense that management went out of its way to hire specialists in every department, gave them quality retraining, and keeps briefing them on how to approach customers and conduct themselves.
