Gems Grand Lodge

It’s a beautiful place to hang out, and the location gives it an exclusive feel. I liked the outdoor setup, though the screen wasn’t very clear. Inside, it gets way too loud. And do try the milkshake 😋

I’ve stayed here twice, including Christmas with my family, and I’ll come again. The rates are affordable, the decor is beautiful, and the staff are pleasant. The food service was delicious, and it feels like a home away from home 😊

The chicken kebab is fantastic, and you can come in for a drink at any hour, even 3am. It’s a safe, decent place to sit outside with friends and talk over background music. Some evenings the music gets loud, but if you’re outside you can ask the DJ to turn it down. I haven’t stayed in the hotel, though the service outside gives me a good impression of it. The meals are overpriced, especially the soups: you get a tiny portion for about three times the usual price. For example, Chivita Active costs #1500 here. Run.

A quiet setting in Ewet Housing Estate. It’s a historic hotel with a moderate standard.
