The kids had a great time on the slide, and the pools were clean and pleasant. We paid to swim and had food and drinks there. Sunday was crowded, though it had a nice family feel. Service took a while, and the food was just okay. A nice outing, but pretty expensive.

The staff were warm and gracious, and the place itself is beautiful and clean. I've enjoyed everywhere I've stayed in Nicaragua, but this one stands out as the best by far. Nothing to complain about. I'd happily stay here.

The facilities look beautiful, but the service was awful. They told us they closed at 8 p.m. and wouldn't stay even one minute later, basically ordering us to leave. They also canceled an event reservation at the last moment. We'd already sent invitations, so finding another venue for 200 people was incredibly stressful. I hated the experience. Google should allow minus-star ratings, because this place deserves -5.

The pool is clean and great, and the service is good. Food is okay, though pricey. Sundays get very family-oriented, with kids jumping into the pool.
