The house was very clean and had nearly everything we needed, and the person looking after it was kind and helped us get the fire going. The setting has great views and lovely fresh weather, and it's about 5 minutes by car from the center of Estelí. A couple of things could be better: the remote control didn't work, and the furniture looked quite old.
The house and gardens are lovely, but the fans are loud and don't move much air.
Tito met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment, which we really liked. It had two very clean bedrooms, plus a kitchen, dining room, and living room, and was fully equipped. There's internet, a fire pit, and a barbecue area. A great base for relaxing and exploring Estelí.
A great place to get away from the city. Definitely recommended.
The weather was pleasant, but the apartment didn't match what the Airbnb listing suggested. It sits beside a busy street, which the listing hadn't mentioned. There was no sugar, coffee, purified water, or toiletries provided. The owners should keep that in mind.
