My friend and I spent 3 lovely nights in a private room with a shared bathroom, which was completely fine. The place was really clean, the staff were super friendly, and breakfast was included. It was yummy, and we ate in the quiet garden. You can walk everywhere from this perfect location. Jennifer and her colleagues, thank you so much! Highly recommend ☺️🥞

Carlos was wonderful, and the rest of the staff were great too. I felt welcome and safe. They even let me bring my bicycle to the back area and use the hose to wash it. It’s a great location for getting around town, and I’m glad I stayed here.

I’ve been staying here for 8 years, nearly 20 times, and Carlos and his family have always shown real hospitality. They’ve run the place in their family for many years, and it’s an easy place to stay. I’ve stayed at some of the nicest hotels in Nicaragua and don’t have to stick to a travel budget, but I still make a point of spending at least a night or two here at the end of my trips. Carlos also runs a morning tour that teaches you more about Granada than most tour companies do. For me, it’s the most relaxing place to stay before flying back to the USA.

We liked Hotel El Arca de Noe so much that we returned. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they were flexible with check-in and checkout. They let us leave our bags in an empty room and even served us breakfast late when we got back from Spanish classes. Great location and really good value.

I rarely write reviews, but Jennifer’s help really stood out. My plans changed and Nicaraguan traffic slowed me down, but she let me know my place was ready and put my mind at ease. Gracias por todo en serio!!
