We paid $35 for a room with two beds. Breakfast was included and really good, and there’s a bar and a pool that stays open late. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the whole place was spotless. You can hear everything through the thin walls, though.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Javier Torres, the hotel chef, made such delicious gallo pinto, eggs, and coffee that it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I’d stay here again just for that breakfast.

We found the stay just okay, despite the good reviews. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, and the building is pretty with a nice rooftop. Our room was small, stuffy, and humid, though the AC worked great and made it comfortable to sleep. Cleanliness was only satisfactory, and the pool area felt unwelcoming, with tables and chairs being stored there. Breakfast was very basic: scrambled eggs with two pieces of toast or a pancake, coffee, and a small juice that was so sugary we couldn’t drink it. We paid 25 USD a night, which made the three stars feel fair. At the listed price, we would have given it one.

Inside, the hotel felt quiet and restful even though there was a busy market outside. It’s just a few blocks from the center, so getting around was easy. The building has beautiful architecture, and breakfast by the pool was good. It was clean and had air conditioning and towels, which not every hotel in Nicaragua provides.

The prices are really good, and breakfast was delicious. It’s near the park and la Calzada, so you can walk around and enjoy the City. The employees were very nice and helpful.
