The people here were incredibly caring, and their hospitality made us feel like family. We barely speak Spanish, but the owner herself came down and helped us sort things out after our reservation went wrong. The next morning, everyone helped us arrange another hotel, a guide, the ferry to Ometepe, and an extra day with our car rental. They gave us free coffee too. I’m thankful to every one of them, and I’ll keep booking here and recommending it to anyone staying a night in Granada. It felt lovely and safe. We’d booked online before leaving Leon and arrived at 2am, only to be told the website had booked us incorrectly and the hotel was full. We were upset and had no idea what to do. The owner called several nearby hotels and hostels, but they were all full. After about half an hour, when we were ready to sleep in the car, she offered to set up a room for us in the reception area and let us shower in her own hotel room. It was surprisingly comfortable, and they were just so kind.

The rooms were really comfortable, and everything felt reasonable for the price. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that food service was slow, and I wish they had a bigger lunch menu. Otherwise, everything was great.
