The kindness of the people here is what I’ll remember most. The reception staff were patient, smiling companions to a traveler, helping me through language barriers, finding addresses, arranging taxis at fair prices, and even making phone calls for someone thousands of miles from home. In the many years I’ve traveled through several Latin American countries, this became one of the best experiences of my journey. Sometimes it’s the kindness of people, more than buildings or scenery, that stays with you. Here, that kindness was alive. My sincere thanks and respect to the management and all the staff for their good organization and humanity. A heartfelt well done. After long roads, bus rides, borders, tropical rains, and a weary heart, this hotel became a refuge during my long journey through Latin America. It was more than a room and a bed, and gave a “Khalooyi” traveler a little peace. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable, the hot water real, and the pool seemed to wash the exhaustion of several countries from my body.

It’s in a fairly quiet part of Granada, with the Parque Central an easy walk away. The staff were friendly, breakfast was fresh, and the pool was clean. My stay has been excellent so far. There wasn’t much hot water for showers, but in this climate I found that more refreshing anyway.

The location is amazing for the price, and the staff were friendly and knew their stuff. Our rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was pretty good. I have no complaints except that I had to leave. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Grenada.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The staff were kind and even let us park our 2 motorcycles inside the hotel. We had hot water and good pressure in our shower, though the wifi was weak in our room. It worked fully in the courtyard, where there were tables and chairs. The pool was small but looked very clean, and the included breakfast was good, with three choices: typical Nica, pancakes, or yogurt and granola. The location made it easy to walk around near Centro. I’d stay again.

The rooms are small, but clean, and each has a wall mounted AC unit. The staff have always been friendly, and breakfast is excellent. You can walk to la calzada and the markets. The pool is a decent size. The walls are thin, so weekends can get loud when la calzada is active. Wifi is available, but for several days it connected without giving us internet.
