The front desk guy and the massage lady were nice, which was the only good thing about the property. I booked a suite, but construction from the square was loud all day and night. The window wouldn't seal completely, making the noise worse, and I couldn't work or sleep. I asked to switch rooms, but there were no other private rooms available, so I checked out partway through my stay. They still charged me the full amount through Agoda, which left a sour taste.

The place is beautiful and has a good vibe, a nice spot to hang out for a while. Drinks and food were really good, and the service was super friendly. The cheesecake was okay, though it could be better.

Being right on the square made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff did all they could to make us feel at home, even with a bit of a language barrier.

Bring earplugs if you want to sleep. Music played loudly through the day and late into the evening, and the place felt like it was trying to be a cool bar. There's no kitchen for guests, even though it's a hostel. The one breakfast I had was okay, and the food was alright overall. The central location is handy, with everything you need within walking distance, but construction was a big problem during my stay. My private suite was the most expensive room and had a small balcony facing the city construction, so it was noisy and dusty. The hotel is dated and needs renovation; work was underway, with construction all around. The tiny, old pool was in pretty bad shape, though I think they plan to renovate it. The spa was the worst part for me. It cost twice as much as other places and the service was bad. My 60-minute reflexology session ended after 40 minutes, and the person didn't seem like a professional. She used blue-colored lavender oil, which I couldn't explain. I don't recommend the spa. There are other places with better service for less.

The location in central Granada was perfect for walking around the main area. I loved the stay, and the staff were very accommodating. My room was quiet at night, and the A/C kept the temperature just right. The pool was clean and pretty. Breakfast was included, served buffet-style with traditional Nica food and as many refills of orange juice and/or coffee as you wanted.
