There was a very loud person in the lobby at night, and my wife ended up asking him to quiet down. That should have been handled by the staff, in my view. The water pressure also sent water onto the floor outside the shower. Still, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and we had a good stay.

A short walk through the Nica neighbourhood gets you to the center of Granada, and Supermacardo is just around the corner. Hotel El Internacional was an affordable, pleasant first stop in Nicaragua. The staff were friendly and helped arrange airport pickup and a taxi to San Jorge. We also enjoyed cooling off in the small pool after hot days. I’d stay here again in Granada.

We spent six days at Hotel El Internacional and had no complaints. The room was simple, comfortable, and clean. It’s a few blocks from Parque Central, an easy walk. Staff were friendly and helpful with travel arrangements, and the breakfasts and smoothies were delicious.

Good prices and breakfast at this family-friendly hotel. The pool is a great size, there’s AC, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to the heart of the city.
