Hotel La Hacienda

The rooms were very nice and clean, but the place was badly organized. We paid for two nights and after the first night they came to kick us out, so we had to explain we'd paid for two. We had also booked two more rooms in advance through hotel.com, but those reservations were wrong and the rooms ended up sharing one room. We all left and booked at Las Angeles instead. The service and communication there were much better. They're organized, have more options, and are cheaper too.

The waiters were some of the nicest I've had in a long time. They don't just seat you, they look after you and make sure you're satisfied. There's great food, dancing, and a great band, and they're open late for convenience. Free wifi too. It was a great experience with fantastic service.

The staff were wonderful, and the restaurant was fabulous. The property itself is lovely, and the comfortable room was well enough appointed. It felt luxurious compared with everything else I looked at. Worth taking a little extra time to get to the border.

A beautiful spot for a family outing, with both an A/C area and an outdoor area. We had lunch outside of the city, and the meat quality and service were the best. They also have a trampoline if you bring your children.
