The location is great, just steps from a nice mall, and the service has been lovely. Everyone is so kind and friendly, and breakfast is amazing. I’m staying here for the first time and love everything else about the place. The big issue is the air conditioning. For the last three nights I’ve complained many times because it cools during the day, then stops at night. When I call the front desk to complain, it suddenly starts cooling again. I’m not sure if they’re turning it off overnight, but it gets extremely hot, and I hate to think what it’ll feel like come this summer.

The buffets are amazing, with great food and music, and it made for a romantic moment. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt hotels, and this one takes the cake. Sunday Brunch and activities every Thursday 😋 🙌 Highly recommended 👌 👍. Rafael and Mara from the restaurant, the FB Manager and Hostess, are beyond amazing. They aim to provide the best service, supervise things, and make sure you have what you need. 👏 🤩

The breakfast spread was huge and delicious, and I still think about the tortilla soup we had late that night. We arrived in Managua on a somewhat late flight, stayed one night before going to Ometepe, and could order food until 11:00. The front desk staff I met were all kind and helpful. Our room was clean and we slept well. The pool looked inviting, though we didn't get to use it. Booking with Hyatt points made it good value, and I'd stay here again.
