Breakfast was good, and parking is included, although you’ll be squeezed in among the other guests’ cars. My queen bed was hard, but the room had A/c. I paid $60 for one room. I think I’d rather stay at a hotel in Managua and drive a little farther than stay in Masaya.

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, and there’s a secure place to park on-site. The room was quiet, and the air-conditioning was very strong. We had a room for three, but the king bed was two twins pushed together. One mattress was plastic side up, so we had to flip it over. The bottom sheet was so thin that we used the top sheet underneath and a blanket on top. There were lots of ants in the room and bathroom, and there was no hot water. It was a bit expensive, though this town doesn’t have many options.

Breakfast was really good, and the location was fine, even if the city is trash. For $120 USD a night, though, we only got a family room, with nowhere really to hang out and no drinking water. I still can’t believe we paid that much. It’s the most expensive place we’ve stayed so far in Nicaragua. I’d put the price at $80 maximum.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast was perfect, with a choice of American or Nicaraguan. People were very, very friendly and helpful. You’re right in the middle of real life in Masaya, yet it feels perfectly safe. A very nice little hotel in the centre of Masaya. Enjoy it!
