Hotel Ivania's

The quirky decorations were done with good taste, and I really appreciated how hard everyone working there tried to make my stay enjoyable. The facilities were more than adequate in every way, and the location was good too. They don’t serve breakfast, but there are several places nearby. Strongly recommend it, and thank you to Ivania's.

There were ants and bed bugs all over the room, and the towels were dirty and full of bugs too. The bathroom had mold and didn’t look as though it had been cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could, I’d give it zero stars.

The hotel has wonderfully unusual decor, including a mirror shaped like a pizza slice above the bed. The ladies who work here were lovely and put a lot of care into making the stay meaningful for me and my loved one. We felt like the only foreigners in town, but they made us feel looked after, and we came to love the town too. Their recommendations were great. Some of the ungrateful, entitled reviews are hard for me to believe. I’ve never seen decor quite like this.

The service was awful, and I won’t stay here again. When I booked, nobody explained that I’d have to ask them to turn on the hot water, or that I couldn’t leave anything plugged in or the AC running when I went out. The night staff didn’t know anything. They say they’re booked, but all the rooms were empty when I was there. Now I understand why, given the poor service and overall experience.
