The room was clean, with air conditioning available if you wanted it. The lake view from the infinity pool was amazing, especially around sunset. The food tasted great, and breakfast was included, with dinner available too. Our hotel recommended a tour guide who was warm and accommodating, which helped make up for the service at the hotel. One woman seemed to be handling everything for every guest, and she complained about it to us and pulled a face whenever we asked for something.

The new chef is great, and the staff were warm and friendly, working really hard. I was happy here and would come back for a third stay.

The rooms could use a few small repairs and a better clean. Still, the staff were very friendly, and the place felt more like staying with a family than being at a hotel.

Great spot to unwind, with a big garden for kids and families and an awesome place to watch the sunset.

Tasty food, a fabulous view, and a pool that lights up. What’s not to love?
