I was here for six weeks after wrist surgery, and the staff’s service and communication were excellent. The rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped. Given my situation, I don’t think I could have picked a better hotel in Rivas. Thank you.

I felt good knowing my rental truck was safe in their indoor parking, and the Wi-Fi worked well too. The crew were cordial and helpful. My room was super clean, which matters a lot to me, and it was nice having hot water in the shower. The A/C worked perfectly and breakfast was delicious. I really recommend Nica Valley and will stay there again on future trips to Rivas, Nicaragua.
