Casa Nora

We left after just one night and booked somewhere else. The adjacent building was under renovation, with construction noise starting at 7:30 a.m. The landlady may not be responsible for the work, but we should have been told, since it significantly affected the stay. There’s no free parking nearby. The cheapest option is €4.00/day about 800 meters away. The garage close to the holiday home costs around €20.00/day if you leave the car there, and it gets more expensive if you drive out occasionally. The website and booking.com photos are appealing, but the home had several problems. The toilet is reached through the kitchen, which by itself is fine, but there’s no ventilation or opening window, so airing it out means doing so into the kitchen. That won’t suit everyone. The bed linens and towels were dirty, and the oven was unusable unless you’re fine with a dirty oven. There were also loose baseboards and peeling paint.
