The canal view and pretty bridge from our cabin were a real highlight, and the scenery was lovely. Getting around the resort was frustrating, though: the road was poorly marked, reception was hard to locate, and the speed bumps were so tall they were a nightmare to drive over. Inside, the cabin wasn’t clean when we arrived. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed and some dishes had stains. The bedrooms felt cramped and bare, and the thermostat didn’t work properly, so it wasn’t comfortable. Check-out instructions were unclear too. With the cleanliness, comfort, and signage needing attention, the stay was disappointing.

The house was damp-smelling and poorly insulated. With the wind in that area, it felt as if it was blowing right inside. We also couldn’t use the pool: the card we were given needed extra credit, which nobody had told us about, and reception was closed so there was nowhere to top it up. When we arrived late, they said the key would be left at the front cashier, but it wasn’t there. We ended up walking 700-800 meters in the rain at night to get the entrance card. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The facilities were badly maintained, and the management felt disorganized and disappointing. They kept the deposit without a valid reason, while guests are expected to clean, make the beds, and walk almost 30 minutes to take out the trash. At one point I honestly wondered if I was a guest or their hired cleaner. I absolutely can’t recommend this place. It wasn’t worth the money or time.

The location and surroundings were nice, but the tiny house I booked for four people was far too small. There were two beds upstairs with only 40-45 cm between them and the roof, so an adult couldn’t fit or sleep comfortably. There wasn’t even room to turn around, and the beds were close to the stairs, which seemed dangerous for children. The gap was so narrow it didn’t feel like a humane place to stay. I don’t understand how local authorities approved a license for this type of accommodation, and I’ll absolutely write to the tourism office and authorities about it. The place was dirty, unhygienic, and smelled bad. There was also a hidden fee I only found out about after making a non-refundable reservation. Not recommended.
