Such a great B&B in Alkmaar, with a pool and sauna.

The couple running this guesthouse are so welcoming that it feels like staying with friends. Their two adorable dogs were the absolute highlight! ❤❤❤ The breakfast was very good too, and we’re already looking forward to coming back to this beautiful guesthouse in a wonderful city.

We booked because our busy lives and own business left us needing a break, and the listing mentioned a pool and sauna. Sadly, there weren’t any, which was a big disappointment, even if Booking.com doesn’t advertise that very clearly. The guesthouse itself was very nice, with a clean, lovely, spacious room.
