My friend and I stayed on this ship and would happily come back. It’s a short walk to the city centre and Central Station, and I loved the playful, welcoming feel from the start. The envelopes on the desk were a thoughtful touch. Downstairs, my cabin had a beautifully designed interior that made me feel at home right away. Love this ship.

I’m giving customer service 1/5. I had to cancel my trip for an unfortunate reason, and they didn’t respond to my emails at all. I called twice, but nobody picked up or called me back. It was handled very badly.

The view was the one good thing, but it didn’t make the stay any easier. I really wouldn’t recommend booking here. The boat stinks everywhere, in the rooms and all around, and it’s unclean. The sheets and beds didn’t seem clean enough. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, so forget about it. Breakfast was bad, with nothing fresh. The rooms are extremely small. With luggage inside, there’s barely room to change clothes, and the beds are so small you can hardly breathe freely. Your head will touch the ceiling on every side. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the toilets and showers were tiny and old.

The boat’s location is the only good thing. The rooms are old, very small, and stinky. You have to put the sheets on the beds yourself, and the cooks are rude and always cussing. Breakfast is inedible. The toilets and showers are tiny and dirty, and the price is outrageous, far too high. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here.
