The welcoming, professional staff and the care they showed guests stood out as soon as I arrived. The place had a lively but peaceful feel, with thoughtfully designed interiors and cozy common areas that made it easy to chat and share cultures. I think solo travelers and groups could both feel at home here. The rooms and beds were spotless, comfortable, and well kept, with clean linens, secure lockers, and good ventilation. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and stocked with essentials. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Wi-Fi, kitchen, laundry facilities, and rooftop/common lounge added a lot, and the social events and local tours made meeting people and exploring local culture easy and fun. Staff and guests alike helped make the atmosphere warm, inclusive, and positive. It really felt like a home away from home.

The staff were really kind and attentive, and the service was good. There's an amazing cat, too. The rooms were decent, though the beds felt stiff and I found a little bit of debris in the sheets. Great spot in the city.

There was loud noise from bars and clubs in the street until 5am, so sleeping was impossible. The bathroom wasn't clean at all, and the bed was tiny and uncomfortable with a rock-hard pillow. They insist on cash at check-in, and paying by card costs extra, which is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing. Don't stay here if you want a decent night's rest.

There's a nice seating area in the lobby where I could sit and work on my own, plus free tea and coffee. Reception is open 24 hours. The rooms are well maintained and everything gets properly cleaned every day. From experience, that helps even when your roommates aren't so nice 😅.
