I’ve changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 because management refused even a partial refund, despite what I felt were good grounds to ask. The boat is beautiful and has real potential, but the poor attention from staff and awful management let it down badly. On our second night, the power went out repeatedly and the heating was off all night, so we barely slept. By morning, we still couldn’t shower, brush our teeth, or use the toilet. We reported the problems, but nobody came. Lighting, heat, and basic sanitation are essentials for accommodation, not luxuries. Breakfast was meant to be included, but nobody came to set it up. The hotel also didn’t answer our messages through the Booking app. Management treated us with complete contempt. We asked for a reasonable refund for one of our two nights, minus taxes, but they refused and didn’t apologize. We left hungry, tired, and unable to wash. Avoid.

We were told we’d have two double beds and one twin bed, but instead they offered us three bunk beds, even though we were traveling with couples. Staff said we could take that or leave it, and were rude and unhelpful. There was no heating or hot water while it was 2 degrees outside and getting colder. They also wouldn’t give us a refund. Please don’t book here.

For under 100€, this is the best value you’ll find for a hotel in central Amsterdam. The rooms are small but cozy, and breakfast is nice. What more do you need?

Augustin and Facundo were so welcoming and friendly, always glad to help, and clearly cared about making the stay enjoyable. The boat itself is a cozy, unusual place, and waking up on the water was a really cool experience. Our room was small, but we were there to explore, not sit inside. Breakfast was great too, and the whole atmosphere was lovely. I’d absolutely stay again next time I’m in Amsterdam. Thanks, Augustin and Facundo, for making it memorable!

Really enjoyed this Amsterdam hotel boat. The Wi-Fi was strong enough to work, and breakfast was included. They have bike rentals for getting around the city, and you can leave your backpack there, but make sure to pick it up before 8 PM. The staff can communicate in English and Spanish. Comfortable and friendly, highly recommend! 🙌☺️
