We'd been in touch all week before check-in, but on arrival we were told a system problem had let several groups book the same dates. We'd paid in advance for seven days and had to find another hotel ourselves. The only alternative offered as compensation was very far from Amsterdam, so we waited for a refund instead. The whole thing was handled unprofessionally and unreliably. Horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend booking this residence.

The sewage smell throughout the house made it unbearable. We had to push the management company to move us to another apartment, and it took them the entire day to do it. Such a waste of our holiday. The location itself was fine.

The rooms felt modern and had plenty of space. Great location, too.

Carlos, the owner, was incredibly kind, and I loved the apartment. It’s sooooo cute, looking out over the canal and the street across from it. Getting to the city center is quick by tram, and you can walk there too.
