We had an awesome stay with our two kids. The apartment had everything accessible and available, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. Sea Palace floating restaurant is just a minute away, and there are plenty of attractions nearby, though this isn't right by the main street. Plan to walk there before shopping or choosing a restaurant. One drawback was the late checkout: going more than an hour later meant paying for a full extra night, even though we only needed four more hours. Supplies like soap and toilet paper also weren't replenished daily, so we had to call reception when we ran out.

The room was modern, tidy and clean, with really comfortable beds. Our group of five had two double beds and a sofa bed, though one bathroom for all of us was a small drawback. The staff were super friendly and happy to help with anything during the stay. The train station is only a few hundred metres away, with easy airport access, and the busier parts of Amsterdam are just a short walk. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff made a real effort to learn about our plans and offered useful recommendations, which helped make the trip great. We had a well equipped apartment with just the right amount of space. The hotel is close to the train station and sights, while being about two blocks from the busy center, so it was quiet. Great rooms and a great location.

Yana deserves a special mention. Her restaurant and sightseeing suggestions were great, and seeing her on shift made the day more pleasant. We had a fantastic stay at Eric Vogle Amsterdam after visiting the Hamburg location. The room and service were faultless, and the location was exceptional. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in Amsterdam.

Our fourth-floor apartment had a spacious lounge with a fantastic view towards North Amsterdam, and it was a good size for five people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. It's an easy walk to Centraal Station, and having luggage storage and a 24-hour concierge was really handy. I've visited Amsterdam several times, but this was my first apartment stay instead of a hotel.
