If you can avoid the busy peak around six, it's a good place for the basics. This isn't the best Albert Heijn, and it gets very busy with tourists. I've been there a hundred times, but the staff still don't recognize me.

It's a perfectly decent Albert Heijn. Just be aware that, despite what several websites say, they do NOT accept Amazon return packages.
A great supermarket with all the essentials, from groceries and drinks to quick food.
For a small market, it's got pretty much everything, including snacks and fresh baked goods. There's also a machine for fresh orange juice, and it costs less than two euros.
Glad they still have some regular cash registers here, instead of only self-scan...
