There’s a dining area with a microwave and a vending machine for snacks and coffee on the ground floor. The tram stop is at least a four-minute walk away, and grocery stores are seven to nine minutes away. We stayed for three nights in a room with one single bed and one double bed. The staff were nice and helped carry our luggage to the second floor, where the stairs were quite steep and there was no lift. The room was as expected from the reviews I’d read. The heaters worked, and thankfully there were no bed bugs. We got fresh sheets and towels daily, but the kettle and cups weren’t washed or replaced after we used them on the first day.
