Getting around from Hotel Casa Amsterdam was easy, with bus, train and metro stops nearby. I also liked the playroom with air hockey and ping-pong, and the little self-service shop for snacks and essentials. A floor buddy was available to answer questions, which made the stay feel less like a regular hotel visit. Reception was welcoming and efficient, and the floor-cleaning robot was a fun and useful thing to watch. I arrived on 14 February and stayed in room 535. It was spotless, spacious and comfortable right away. Having a proper coffee machine and tea in the room made mornings easy. I’d happily return.

The room and bathroom were spotless and felt comfortable, with a bed that was just the right size. We also appreciated the good-sized TV and having both a coffee machine and kettle. The team was helpful, and special thanks to the person who cleaned our room, whose attention to detail really stood out. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam and can’t wait to come back.

The lunch at EAST was pleasant enough, with attentive service and a nice atmosphere, though the double smash burger needed more flavor and the fries were a little dry. The coffee at EAST Coffee Bar, on the other hand, was excellent, and the staff there were friendly. My room at Hotel Casa Amsterdam was clean and comfortable, and reception made me feel welcome and helped me through check-in. I arrived on 14/02/2025 and stayed in room 435. I’d recommend the hotel and would happily return.

Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and fresh options to start the day. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, so the stay felt relaxing and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, and the place had a real home-away-from-home feel. Highly recommend.

We arrived on 13 January and were made to feel at home by a friendly, genuinely positive team. The bright, clean room was a pleasure, and they were happy to grant our request for a view, which was a lovely touch. A couple of little things could be better: we turned off the electric heaters overnight for safety, so radiator heating would have felt more comfortable. Slippers in the room would also be a nice extra. Thanks, Casa, for everything.
