Hotel Library Amsterdam

The staff were especially kind when my mother wasn't feeling well. They let us check out later than our booking allowed, and I'm very grateful to the whole team. I'd definitely return. We visited in January 2026 and had a large triple room. The bed, pillows, shower, and breakfast were all very good. The hotel is in a quieter part of town, only a few minutes' walk from Amsterdam's main public transport station, and it's easy to get around on foot.

After we checked out, the staff kept our phone safe for days when we'd accidentally left it in the room. They were the kindest hotel staff I've ever met. Great breakfast, nice amenities for the price, and a brilliant location too. We'll stay here again on our next trip to Amsterdam.

Getting around was easy from this spot, close to public transport, restaurants, and major sights. I really enjoyed the comfortable breakfast room in the morning, and the staff were always warm and ready to help. I spent a few nights at Hotel Library Amsterdam and had a wonderful stay. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

For a short, two-day budget trip, Hotel Library was great value. The clean room wasn't cramped, which was a nice surprise in central Amsterdam, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially liked the cosy library area and complimentary coffee in the lobby. The hotel is close to the centre and major sights, with good transport links. A lovely place to stay while visiting Amsterdam.
