Hotel New Kit

We had such a great stay at hotel new kit in September. The place was modern, and our room had plenty of space for two. They let us check in a little early, which was really nice. The bus and train stations are right out front, although it’s probably 30-40min from the city. I accidentally left my AirPods under the pillow. I emailed to ask if they’d found them, and they replied and mailed them to me. I really didn’t expect that, and appreciated it a lot. The staff were 10/10. Thank you. I’d highly recommend staying here!

The eating and working space downstairs is really useful, and the rooms are lovely. The hotel is perfectly placed right by the metro stop. We always come back here, and it’s my favourite hotel in Amsterdam. The staff are excellent, helpful and friendly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ The interior is nice and well cared for, and the toilets by the dining area were clean. It’s not a bad hotel, but the bunk bed room had an unpainted wall that made it look a bit like a prison bunk bed 😂 Breakfast costs extra, though drinks are free, including tasty coffee and juice. Paint the wall and we’ll definitely come back 😂

Our first stay was five nights at this hotel in NOV, 2025, and we’d recommend it to family and friends. The whole vibe was fabulous, from the music and breakfast to the interior decor on 1F. The receptionists were hospitable and made for a really satisfying customer experience. The location and public transport are awesome too, right next to a metro station and several bus and tram routes. If there’s one drawback, it’s that there’s no fridge in the room, so we couldn’t store juice or milk.
