Just wow, this Room with a View is fabulous. Ducks kept swimming by on the river, and the odd person passed too. It’s ideally placed near the city centre, perfect in every way.

The owner was lovely and helpful, and gave us her best suggestions for where to eat and what to do in Amsterdam. The location is close to everything, with a big window looking straight onto the main canal. The only downside is how small the room is, with no closet or space for clothes. The view makes up for that.

The Amstel river view from the rooms is breathtaking, and the houseboat sits in a beautiful neighbourhood. Wendelien also knows all the best places to eat and things to do in Amsterdam. I highly recommend Wendelien's Bed&Breakfast!

We spent two nights here in June, and waking up on the water was beautiful. Wende takes such good care of this super cute room. The location in De Pijp is brilliant, just a few minutes' walk from the Albert Cuyp market. Definitely recommend it for a different kind of stay.

We spent a week here and absolutely loved the place. Everything was within walking distance, and the location was perfect. Opening the window to find swans swimming right up to it was fantastic.
