Our flight home was cancelled, and the owners at ITC Hotel did everything they could to get us back in for another night. They were honest, friendly, incredibly helpful, and went the extra mile. We stayed after Christmas and will definitely return next time we're in Amsterdam. The hotel is perfectly placed on the canal, close enough to walk to the centre, with a tram almost outside the door. The rooms weren't anything special, but they were clean and tidy and great value for money. Thank you ITC hotel for being so friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

You get a cheap room in the centre of Europe's most expensive city, on an amazing street. It is what it is. The room was tiny, the walls were thin, and there was no remote for the TV. Still, the place was clean enough, felt quite safe and secure, and the staff interactions were good. It's the most inexpensive accommodation in the centrum. I didn't find bedbugs when I was there last week, though mattresses that looked like the ones in the motel were piled on the sidewalk outside. Maybe I got lucky. I wouldn't have thought about it if I hadn't seen it in the reviews.

The only issue was that our room was too cold, though it was fine. The location in the old town was amazing, right on one of the city's three oldest canals. The staff were incredible, the room was clean, and the service was great. We had a great stay!

The location is perfect, and I actually had a pretty good stay without any bedbugs, even though those comments had really scared me. The walls are thin, but it's central Amsterdam and an old building. A lot depends on how considerate your neighbours happen to be that day. 😌

The girl at reception was the only good part; she did her best. We couldn't check in at 3pm because no rooms were ready. The first room we got was awful: cold, smelly, dirty, and noisy. We complained and were moved to another one that was better.
