Falling asleep to the gentle rocking of the water was so relaxing, and waking up in that lovely, comfortable atmosphere was beautiful. Koen is a great host, with wonderful accommodations right on the canal and many places of interest within walking distance.

We had a wonderful two-night visit. The houseboat has a special atmosphere and lovely views, with swans, ducks, and seagulls often passing by. It’s also conveniently close to the city centre. Our host was friendly, attentive, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything.

We had a fantastic stay, with amazing hosts and a great location. Breakfast, wine, and Nespresso coffee were included, and the main “hub” was at most a 5-10 minute bike ride away. The coloured lights outside were a brilliant way to find our way back. We rented bikes from City Black Bikes, I think, and they were brilliant, though riding bikes with no gears was tough for someone weak like me, ha ha. The wind caused a little rocking, and I felt slightly queasy after drinking, but that was my fault for not bringing sickness tablets. Thanks again for such a brilliant stay. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Olivia and her boyfriend were warm and professional, and looked after us so well. Their houseboat was spotless, cozy, and warm. It’s in a quiet, charming block just outside the busy downtown area, but still very close to the centre. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for being such welcoming hosts.

The owners were really kind and kept everything very clean, paying attention to all the details. The houseboat itself is lovely, in a quiet spot close to the centre. Fully recommend it.
