The room design is beautiful, and the room itself was perfect. I hope management can bring the service and organization up to the same standard. There wasn’t a proper lobby or anywhere outside the room to sit and work on a laptop. The lobby is just a coffee shop, where laptops aren’t allowed, though you can still charge things to your room. That felt strange and inconvenient. I also arrived for breakfast 40 minutes before it ended, but the pancakes, bacon, fruit, and other items were already gone. Nothing was replenished, and when I politely asked if I could have at least one pancake, nobody answered. The design is excellent, but these service issues need attention.

Everything felt beautiful and clean, and I really loved it. The area has plenty of bars and restaurants, and inside, the interior, room, Nido bar, and every decoration all seemed carefully thought out. Best hotel I’ve ever been to anywhere in the world.

I was happy with the room during our three-night stay. It looked modern and clean, and the floor-length windows gave us nice views. The front desk staff were very nice and even microwaved my takeout food. With the shower behind a glass door facing the bedroom, it felt like a couples’ getaway. One suggestion: there isn’t a good spot to do makeup. The mirror light comes from just one side, and there’s no outlet close by for the hair dryer. At least, its cord wasn’t long enough for me to dry my hair while standing at the mirror.

My flights from Australia for a European holiday were cancelled because of the ongoing war in the Middle East. I’d chosen the cheaper non-refundable option on Booking.com, and I understand hotels have policies. Still, I asked for a refund after explaining what happened. Of the 11 hotels I booked across Europe, this was the only one that refused. All the others offered a full refund right away as a gesture of goodwill. Show some heart. In the end, this hotel seems to care only about money, so I wonder how they treat guests in person. People choose a refundable rate when they’re unsure about booking, not because they expect a war to cancel their flights through no choice of their own. Terrible service.
