8/10
The staff were absolutely top notch, and they tried to make breakfast nice for us even though it was a bit disappointing. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the location was quiet and peaceful. Our premium suite TVs didn’t work, though, and after we reported the problem, they still hadn’t been fixed over the several nights we were there. Seems someone doesn’t want to pay for new TVs??

The room was neat and really pretty, and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone working there was super friendly. Such an amazing hotel, I’d absolutely recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and charming canal views. The staff are attentive, and the atmosphere feels peaceful, while the central location makes it easy to explore Amsterdam. Luxury Suites Amsterdam combines elegance, comfort, and personal service, with clear attention to detail. It’s an exceptional boutique hotel and a great choice for a memorable stay in the city.

The front desk team really made the stay for me. They paid close attention to guests' comfort and experience, and that personal touch felt unique. The hotel itself is lovely too, with a wonderful location, spacious rooms, and everything kept spotless.

The birthday gift for my mom made her day. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and our room was really clean with an absolutely breathtaking view. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I'd definitely come back.
