I've stayed here several times and always had a great time without any problems. This time, though, my partner and I woke one morning to see two young women smoking at a window directly opposite ours. When they noticed me getting changed naked, four of them came over to look. I found that disgusting. I told the man at reception. He went to their room, saw they were women, and told them it was all okay and that it was my fault. I believe he did this to please them instead of telling them to leave, and I found his response dirty and seedy. I won't return while he works there.

Everything you need is close by. The room was really nice and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It's very budget-friendly too. I stayed Friday to Sunday and would come back.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Centraal Station and the city centre. I had a short stay at this lovely hotel recently and would definitely recommend it. Thank you, Mansion.

We'd love the chance to stay again. The room and mattress were probably the cleanest I've ever seen, and so comfortable. Service was excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating, and housekeeping was lovely and prompt each day. The location is close to pretty much everything: a ten-minute walk to Central Station, Canal Cruises, skinny bridge, RLD, and lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms are lovely if you pay attention to which one you're booking (I'm talking to you, other Google reviewers! Why do you and your husband need to be in the bathroom at exactly the same time?). We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Mansion Amsterdam.

The location is great, but there are no windows, the bathroom floor isn't heated, and noise comes through the walls. There's also a constant sewage smell.
