We had a canal-facing room after getting a very lucky upgrade, and it was peaceful and lovely. The hotel felt modern, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Even with its central location, the street was fairly quiet, and we didn’t hear anything from other rooms or the hallway. It was the perfect place for our short Amsterdam trip and went beyond what we expected. We’ll definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and shared useful local tips and places to explore. The room had enough space for two open suitcases, and the location made it easy to walk to most areas or hop on the metro. Just a couple of small issues: the shower would sometimes switch between cool and hot for a split second, and the TV barely worked. I couldn’t cast to it or get YouTube to load.

The staff were kind and professional, and even offered me a welcome drink. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it. The location worked well too, since I could walk to most places. Lagom, one of the city’s best brunch spots, is also very close.

I’ve never stayed at a better hotel. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are wonderful, and our view of the canal was beautiful. It’s quiet too, so you’ll sleep well.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the staff gave excellent service. It’s a modern hotel with a very complete breakfast buffet. Our only problem was the heat in the room during winter. The HVAC couldn’t cool it down, even after staff adjusted it, so we had to open the windows. Apparently that’s common in European hotels.
