The location made getting to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport easy, and the room was clean, comfortable, and kept in good shape. What stood out most was the service: everyone was professional, kind, and ready to help. They even took care with my special occasion, which made the stay feel especially memorable. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

The lobby shop was well stocked and the prices seemed fair, and there’s a pub right next door with plenty of other shops and restaurants close by. We stayed for two nights and found the room spotless, with everything we needed. Staff were cheerful whenever we came back, and housekeeping respected our do not disturb sign, which was a first for us. It was also quiet in our room. We’d stay here again.

The location was great, and I liked being able to choose drinks instead of having the room cleaned. Our room was nice, though I wish the bathroom had been a little bigger. The staff were lovely, especially the friendly guy at breakfast and Vivian, who always managed to make us smile.

The rooms were comfortable and modern, and the hotel is right in the middle of Rembrandtplein, which is hard to beat. Vivian at the front desk made the visit especially memorable. She was warm and professional, offered useful tips about the city, and dealt with little requests promptly. I had a wonderful stay at NH Amsterdam Caransa and would recommend it. Thank you, Vivian, for taking such good care of me.

The front desk was very helpful, and the rooms are a good size. I visited in early January, so it was peaceful. I can imagine it getting noisy in peak season if your room faces the bar, though they do provide free earplugs.
