The staff made a real difference from the moment I arrived. I had a problem with my luggage at the airport, and they were kind, professional and went out of their way to help get it sorted. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a functional, well-equipped bathroom. The central location made it easy to see Amsterdam on foot. Breakfast had a good range of sweet and savory foods. I'd gladly stay here again for a leisure or business trip.

We loved the little candy snacks in the lobby, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel NH City Centre Amsterdam is right by the canal, with restaurants, pubs, canal tours, shops and open spaces all within walking distance. It was also very clean.

Breakfast was worth adding. We skipped it on our first visit and regretted it, so we included it this time and were very happy we did. This was our second stay, and the hotel came through again. They helped us change our dates after flight cancellations, stored our bags before check-in and after check-out, and had our room ready early. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. It was handy to request extra tea, milk and other things from the phone. The location is hard to beat, with everything walkable and the tram and metro easy to reach. We definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was the highlight, with flavors ranging from a traditional English breakfast to tasty pastries and healthier choices like hummus, plus lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Mrs Sri was lovely. The location was nice, and the rooms were comfortable and really clean.

We really appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out. The canal view was beautiful and added a lot to the stay. The hotel is very central, spotlessly clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I'd highly recommend it.
