We were in Amsterdam for an exhibition and only stayed one night, but the friendly, helpful staff made everything easy. The weather's very cold these days, and since we didn't want to be outside, they let us check in early. Our room was super clean, well furnished, and quiet. We had a great experience, thank you!

The reception staff were exceptional and honestly couldn't do enough for us. Special mention to Antonio, that guy deserves a raise! Our room was tiny, and we had to climb over our bags to move around, but it was very comfortable. Our friends had a tougher setup: their toilet faced a wall and you had to walk sideways to get in 😂

The calm, warm atmosphere and the cleanliness made for a really pleasant stay. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The crew is what made me fall in love with this hotel. Everyone was so kind, warm, and human, and they looked after people every day with the most loving candor. The Delphi staff's smiles, kindness, and attention to detail are why this is the best hotel in the city. It's in a fantastic spot, in front of a beautiful park and street, close to trams, public transport, shops, and supermarkets. The place isn't crowded, and parking wasn't difficult. The rooms, amenities, and breakfast were all outstanding. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

I've stayed at few hotels as good as this one lately. It was clean and comfortable, the service was great, and the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a pleasant, quiet area with lots of restaurants. I can't fault it, and it's a great choice if you're planning to stay in Amsterdam.
