We loved the beauty of The Church and enjoyed walking around, noticing all the details. The staff went out of their way to make our stay feel special. On our last day, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner’s father. Hearing about the place and how proud he was of it completed our trip, and he asked what we thought of our stay. He was pleased that we loved everything. It’s a must-stay if you’re in the area. The hotel has charm, a cozy and romantic feel, a great location, and amazing staff. We’ll definitely come back.

Parking was straightforward in the nearby garage, which has electric car chargers. It was handy to leave with the car fully charged. Restaurants and shops are close by, and the city centre is about a 15-minute walk. We stayed in the house next to the church. The rooms are small, but cozy, and the atmosphere makes up for the tight space. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the place itself is beautiful. A very special place to stay.

The restaurant’s chefs serve some mind-boggling flavour combinations, and the staff’s extra-mile service feels like the norm. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms are wonderfully cozy, with a lovely selection of scents, body washes, and soaps. It’s a great mix of classic hospitality and modern touches. The church is the place to go for top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

What a find. This beautiful old church has become a lovely hotel and restaurant. It still has lots of interesting old features alongside the modern ones.
