Hotel Beethoven

I asked for a very early check-in because I was arriving after a 10-hour flight and wanted to nap. They were able to arrange it, which made that day much easier for me. The staff really make the place. They were all fun and interesting to chat with, and the bar and restaurant lounge felt welcoming. I liked all the plants, too, they give the place a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and straightforward. Thanks for a great stay.

It's in a quiet spot just outside the main city, with shuttle links right outside and everything we needed not too far away. A great location for a break. The staff were lovely, and the accommodation was clean and inviting. We slept well. I can't fault the hotel and would definitely visit again.

We paid hostel prices the night before New Year's, so it was definitely good value, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The lobby doesn't really match the rooms. The rooms need an upgrade, with walls marked by years of wear and a bed that was ready to be replaced. The current rating seems about right.

The tram stations are close by, which is the one good thing about this hotel. Everything else was horrible. The bathroom door handle was broken, and although we complained on the first day, nothing was done. One night we came back to find there was no power in the room. The manager spent an hour trying to fix it, then we gave up and went to sleep. The next day we got a small refund of 75 Euros for the power, which didn't even cover one day at the hotel. We also saw other guests complaining.
