The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a lovely private courtyard decorated for Christmas. We also had a great shower and hot water all day. The place is in the charming Jordaan, close to attractions on foot and with public transport nearby. Fatos made the stay especially welcoming. She met us when we arrived in the evening, walked us through the apartment and neighborhood, and shared lots of recommendations, including an app she made herself. There was wine and soft drinks waiting for us, and she was easy to reach on WhatsApp. When the heating wasn’t working properly, she quickly brought over an electric radiator. The apartment also has air conditioning for both heating and cooling. We highly recommend Fatos’ apartment and are sure we’ll stay here again on our next Amsterdam visit.

Villa360 is right by a quiet, beautiful canal in Jordaan, and everything we wanted to see was close by. Walk about 200 meters in any direction and you’ll find cafes, diners and plenty else. The location felt like the heart of the neighborhood. The canal-side room was cozy and romantic, with all the amenities we needed. It looked out onto a serene canal, the TV was great, the bathroom spotless, the toiletries premium and the beds incredibly comfortable. The details were clearly thought through for comfort. But what really made it memorable was Fatos and her husband. Before our December 2023 visit, Fatos helped us by email with transport, places to eat, museums, canal cruises, hidden gems and events. At check-in, she gave us a map marked with markets, cafes and her favorite spots. There was also bubbly, Christmas cookies and lots of little thoughtful touches. She genuinely wanted us to feel at home, and that warmth stayed with us, even three months later. For two nights, this was the most romantic and memorable part of our 21 day Europe trip, and worth every penny. It’s a real hidden gem. We can’t wait to return to Amsterdam, and we’ll definitely stay at Villa360 again.

I spent three days walking all over the city, and this was the nicest area I came across. The canal streets are quiet and picturesque, with easy walking to restaurants, bars, cafes, boat tours and a grocery store. The tram stop is close too for going to the museums. I especially liked being able to enjoy a glass of wine and some sunshine in the garden room’s private garden. Lovely home, great location.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the garden room was a lovely choice. It was beautifully designed and spotless, with a private terrace out back. Fatos and Martin made the trip special with their hospitality. We arrived to a handwritten card, champagne and a clipboard with local restaurant picks, and Fatos was always kind and helpful. Check-in was easy, and she arranged a private taxi to the airport on our last day. We walked everywhere from this great location and would happily stay again.
