Eric was a fantastic host and shared some useful places to check out. The apartment is just five minutes from Dam Square, so it’s right in the centre, and you can watch the busy street from the windows. It’s lively out there, but the bedroom is at the back, so noise wasn’t an issue. A lovely little place for a small group of friends to relax after a day exploring Amsterdam.

Eric was a real gentleman, and his detailed guide covered places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus shopping and other spots to see. The location is fantastic, and my friends and I had a great stay at his B&B. The lounge and kitchen could use an oven and hob, though I understand why they aren’t provided. I’d definitely recommend it.

Eric was fantastic, always around when we needed help. He shared loads of useful information and helped us book museum visits. The B&B is right in the heart of Amsterdam, with the main streets and squares easy to reach on foot. The Museum District is about a five-minute tram ride away. Our room was a little small, but peaceful, and the beds were comfortable. We’d definitely recommend it.
