Hotel Trix

Getting into Arnhem was easy, thanks to the good bus connection, and the hotel is well located. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and professional, and our room was clean. The bathroom had a slightly damp smell, though, and the soft mattress meant we didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was fairly modest.

The only thing to watch out for is the typically Dutch staircase, which is quite steep. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay. The staff were warm and helpful, with good suggestions for day trips, and breakfast was tasty with really friendly service. Our room was modern, clean, a good size, and had very comfortable beds. There was plenty of free parking, too.

A bus stop right outside makes it easy to reach the centre of Arnhem, and the gas station across the road is handy if you're just passing through. The rooms are reached by a steep staircase. Inside, the decor and atmosphere are pleasant, and even though it's on a busy junction, the traffic wasn't an issue. The food and service were excellent, and the staff were great.

Close to the Airborne Museum, and it's easy to get onto the road leading to the Polish paratrooper monument. The location is great, the rooms are clean and tastefully designed, and breakfast was very nice, especially the really good coffee. Polecam.
