Our room smelled unpleasantly damp, and the windows wouldn't open. It was small and old, with mold in the shower and a broken extractor fan. There was no fridge, kettle or shower set either. We booked this hotel specifically so our children could use the pool, but we were told to leave the outdoor pool because swimsuits weren't allowed. That rule hadn't been mentioned anywhere when we booked. They also wouldn't let us into the indoor pool, even though it had a small children's pool and other hotel guests were there. The price didn't match what we got, and we left unhappy and upset.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, which was a bright spot. The facilities felt very outdated, though, and the hotel needs serious upgrades. I booked a double bed but got two twins pushed together, each with its own single cover. That wasn't comfortable for someone 1.86m tall. The shower was the worst part, with visible mold. I know this can happen in hotels, but it really shouldn't.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the rooms were a good size. The terrace style balconies were a nice extra. Access to the pool and sauna came with the stay, which was a big plus. I'd definitely recommend it.

The gym was good, though there was no water fountain. The crew showed up an hour and a half late, so breakfast was delayed by the same amount and we didn't eat until 9:30. We found them unprofessional, and the morning was unpleasant. We won't be back.

The room was very spacious and had a great view. We had a really nice trip, and the staff were very friendly.
