We were there in winter, but the kids still spent all their time playing outside and getting fresh air. The guesthouse is romantic, well kept, clean, and private, with an excellent bathroom. It’s run by the nicest couple, and everything from shops and bars to restaurants, bike rental, and a bakery is within a two-minute walk. The beach is only 15 minutes away, and the location in Bergen is great.

The hosts are fantastic and welcoming, and there are lots of nice things to do nearby. We had a great weekend at B&B de Oude Berg in a sunny, spacious house with lovely decor. The bed was great, and the rain shower was the best ever. We’ll definitely go back!
